Dystopian dreaminess in Karl Lagerfeld's strangely beautiful new 'short', Window World by Karl Lagerfeld, in which store mannequins come to life. Love the looks and styling of the female models (Magdalena Frackowiak and Barbara Dvorakova) as modern day haute-couture Hitchcock heroines. 

Daria of Dogtown?

Celine's totally rad SS 11 ad campaign, starring Daria Werbowy and shot by Juergen Teller. (Hot combination, no??) To me it invokes the iconic images of Venice Beach and the Z Boys (aka the Lords of Dogtown) from the mid-seventies. Far Out.

Curious (Boo) George

Love these: pictures of models backstage by photographer (and fellow Irishman!) Boo George. Boo George got into photography accidentally, having started out studying media in Dublin. Undoubtedly though, it was a happy accident; as he has since travelled around the world with his work; as well as contributing to editorials for high profile publications including LOVE magazine, Twin, Arena Homme + and i-D.  I love the understated and almost nonchalant quality of his pictures: they are both captivating, drawing you in and at the same time tantalising, leaving you wanting to know more.

I Love Your Work, Emmanuelle Alt

On Friday it was announced that Emmanuelle Alt would take over the EiC position at Vogue Paris. I imagine the handover from Carine to Emmanelle will be seamless. Here is a stunning editorial campaign from the July 2009 issue of Vogue Paris directed by Alt and shot by Terry Richardson. Those legs. Those poses. And, of course....Paris.

There is something waaay mellow about the Chanel Spring Summer 2011 campaign, featuring Freja, Stella Tennant and Baptiste Giabiconi.  It's the perfect campaign (the best I've seen so far) for fashion's current leaning towards all things 70's. So Dope.
